SkyBet Manager of the Month

Paul Carroll Photography is delighted to have been commissioned by SkyBet – the sponsors of the Football League – to photograph a player or manager of the month award each month. Covering three leagues, with a player and manager awarded in each, SkyBet require promotional images of all the winners snapped on the same day for simultaneous press releases.

Based in Nottingham we’re perfectly positioned to cover clubs in the Midlands and this month we got lucky as Nigel Pearson, the manager of current Championship leaders Leicester City, scooped Manager of the Month. Riding high, with 10 straight wins (we’ll before the draw this weekend gone!) and 10 points clear the presumed champions-elect have been on an amazing run resulting in a lot of media interest. So in packed media room of TV, print media and photographers we got all of 2 minutes to get the shot. No danger though, that’s all we needed! With the results we used widely in the press, including this Sky Sports article.
